Role Overview

We are seeking a
detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and data-savvy Ecommerce Analyst
with strong numeracy and a passion for consumer behaviour. In this role, you'll support the performance of ecommerce operations, drive actionable insights across platforms like Amazon and Shopify, and contribute to cross-functional projects spanning logistics, UX, and commercial planning.

You will work within a fast-paced environment, contributing to decision-making across product performance, pricing strategies, campaign effectiveness, inventory optimisation, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales, conversion rates, and channel performance across
    Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central
    , and
    Shopify
    platforms
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights using
    MS Excel
    , dashboards, and ecommerce analytics tools
  • Monitor, report, and optimise campaign, product, and pricing performance across all digital sales channels
  • Work closely with the logistics and inventory team to assess product availability, delivery timelines, and stock health
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and UX to identify areas for improved shopper journey and on-site optimisation
  • Participate in and support
    project management efforts
    across ecommerce initiatives using tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Benchmark and analyse competitor behaviour across ecommerce platforms
  • Support forecasting, margin analysis, and pricing strategy for both D2C and B2B ecommerce operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
    in ecommerce or digital retail.
  • Strong
    numeracy
    and intermediate-to-advanced skills in
    Microsoft Excel
    (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)
  • Minimum
    2 year hands-on experience
    with
    Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Functional experience with
    Shopify
    and a working understanding of
    online consumer behaviour
  • Exposure to project management tools (like Trello, Jira, Asana)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong
    emotional intelligence
    – collaborative, open, kind, and perceptive in a fast-moving team
  • Must be UK based, commutable to central London with right to work in UK.

  • Exposure to other marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Temu, Tik Tok)
