About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Lead to drive our marketing strategy and execution as we scale from 2,000 users. This is a critical leadership role for a full-stack marketer with deep understanding of UK financial services, someone who can build and scale locally resonant campaigns across multiple audiences with a focus on financial advisors and their firms.
You'll be responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives that fuel adoption, build trust, and establish AdvisoryAI as the category leader in AI-powered wealth tech. You'll bring strong expertise in B2B marketing while being comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and leading cross-functional programs. This role requires someone with deep market knowledge, a strong network of agency and creative partners, and a bias for action in fast-moving contexts.
This role is based in London.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that position AdvisoryAI as the industry standard for AI in financial advice
- Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives across advisors, advisory firms, platforms, and potential end consumers
- Act as the voice of the UK wealth tech market internally—bringing deep insights about advisor behavior, regulatory context, and industry dynamics to shape strategy and creative
- Manage and collaborate with agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and content that resonate with financial services professionals
- Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to deliver integrated programs that drive measurable outcomes
- Build our brand narrative around compliance, efficiency, and democratising advice—translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions
- Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and ROI frameworks that establish credibility with enterprise buyers
- Own marketing metrics: pipeline generation, MQL/SQL conversion, brand awareness, and content engagement
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3+ years of marketing experience with a strong track record of delivering high-impact campaigns in B2B SaaS or financial services
- Deep understanding of UK financial advice landscape, regulatory context (FCA), and wealth tech dynamics
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing plans across brand, digital, content, events, and partner channels
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Strong network of UK agencies, creatives, and production vendors; proven experience managing external partners
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions for financial professionals
- Experience with both product marketing (feature launches, positioning) and demand generation (pipeline, conversion)
- Data-driven approach to measuring campaign performance and optimizing spend
Preferred:
- Direct experience in wealth tech, fintech, or financial services marketing
- Track record building category-defining brands in emerging technology sectors
- Experience marketing AI or automation products to professional services
