About the Brand
Our client is an exciting early-stage jewellery brand at a pivotal moment of growth. With a distinct creative vision and ambitious expansion plans, they're seeking a dynamic marketing leader to shape the brand's trajectory and drive commercial success in the competitive luxury jewellery market.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join at the foundation stage of a luxury jewellery brand, working directly alongside the CEO/Owner to build and execute the marketing strategy from the ground up. You'll have genuine autonomy to shape the brand's voice, digital presence, and growth trajectory whilst being hands-on across all marketing functions.
As Brand and Marketing Manager, you'll lead all aspects of brand development, marketing strategy, influencer partnerships, content creation, and customer acquisition. This is a role for someone who thrives in the energy of a start-up environment, moving quickly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Based in the brand's Central London office five days per week, you'll be at the heart of the business, collaborating closely with the founder and immersed in the creative process that defines this emerging luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead all digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and performance marketing
- Manage relationships with SEO/SEM agencies, setting clear briefs and measuring performance against KPIs
- Oversee influencer agency partnerships, shaping campaign strategies and ensuring brand alignment
- Work closely with the Shopify development agency to optimise e-commerce performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Drive e-commerce strategy, including site merchandising, promotional calendars, and customer journey optimisation
- Lead content strategy and production, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all channels
- Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners, ensuring delivery and value
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, optimising conversion funnels and customer lifetime value
- Analyse performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation
- Work closely with the CEO/Owner as a trusted strategic partner, contributing to broader business planning
- Manage brand partnerships, events, and PR initiatives to elevate brand positioning
- Occasional international travel for trade shows, market research, or brand partnerships
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Experience:
- Proven marketing experience within the jewellery, fine jewellery, or luxury accessories sector
- Start-up or early-stage business experience, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid evolution
- Track record of building brands and driving measurable e-commerce growth
- Strong digital marketing expertise across social, content, influencer, and performance channels
- Experience managing Shopify stores or working closely with Shopify development agencies
- Demonstrable success managing multiple agency relationships (SEO, influencer, e-commerce, creative)
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership teams

- Creative yet commercially focused, balancing brand building with performance metrics
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable and resilient, viewing challenges as opportunities
- Comfortable with full-time office-based working in Central London
- Passport holder with flexibility for occasional international travel
