As a Sub Agent, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals to ensure high-quality engineering standards. You will be responsible for managing the Engineers and overseeing a variety of construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all times. Your work will directly contribute to the successful completion of large-scale infrastructure projects in the region.

What you'll be doing

As a Sub Agent You will:

• Oversee Site Engineer and site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with project team
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards
• Provide technical support and ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in civil engineering or construction.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site operations.
• Commitment to health and safety best practices.
