About Us

At Parks Dental and Skin Clinic, we provide bespoke dental and skin care tailored to each patient. Our purpose-built practice, opened in 2020, offers five modern surgeries, a dedicated patient care room, and a welcoming reception area. With TVs in the ceilings of some surgeries, a bright staff room, and free parking on-site, the clinic is designed with both patients and the team in mind.

We're located in a growing area of Kingswood, Hull, within a small retail park alongside Tesco Express and other local shops, with hundreds of new homes being built nearby.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team and keep the practice running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where your presence will make a real difference to both the team and our patients. You'll have the support of our Principal, Lead Nurse, and office team, along with guidance from Envisage's Director of Clinic Support.

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Leadership & Team Support: Regular one-to-ones, clear duties and accountability, building team confidence through a period of change.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining strong systems, compliance, and the patient journey – from first greeting at reception through to rebooking.
  • Financial Performance: Driving revenue, meeting P&L targets, improving KPIs, and keeping admin tight and organised.
  • Marketing & Growth: Supporting website and social updates, coordinating with our marketing team, and helping boost enquiry volumes.
  • Patient Experience: Making sure every visit feels personal, safe, and professional – whether it's for dentistry, skin therapy, or both.

Who We're Looking For

  • At least two years' management experience in a dental or luxury setting.
  • Commercially aware, confident with P&L and KPI management.
  • Strong people skills – approachable, resilient, and able to handle challenges calmly.
  • Visible and hands-on, with the confidence to lead from the front (including being present on reception when needed).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
