Kingston upon Hull HU NS, United Kingdom Envisage Dental Full time £25,000 - £35,000 per year

Treatment Coordinator

Location: Kingswood, Hull

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) flex between 8.30am - 6.30pm

About Us

At Parks Dental and Skin Clinic, we provide personalised dental and skin care for every patient. Our purpose-built clinic, opened in 2020, has five modern surgeries, a dedicated patient care room, and a welcoming reception area. We've designed the space to be comfortable for both patients and the team, with ceiling TVs in some surgeries, a bright staff room, and free on-site parking.

We're based in the growing Kingswood area of Hull, within a small retail park alongside Tesco Express and other local shops, with hundreds of new homes being built nearby.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly and organised Treatment Coordinator to join our team full time. This is a key role focused on supporting patients through their treatment journey, from their first enquiry to the completion of their care. You'll be the main point of contact for patients, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

As part of our 7-Step Patient Journey, you'll help ensure the highest possible standards of service and care are delivered consistently to every patient.

Working closely with our clinical and reception teams, you'll also support the smooth running of the practice day to day, ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Build strong relationships with patients, guiding them through treatment options and plans with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordination: Liaise between clinicians, reception, and nursing teams to make sure appointments and treatment plans are well-organised and communicated clearly.
  • Consultations: Conduct treatment discussions, explain finance options, and help patients make informed decisions about their care.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring all questions are answered and expectations met.
  • Administration: Keep records accurate and up to date, manage follow-up appointments, and assist with daily operations when needed.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the Practice Manager and team to maintain high standards across patient care and clinic organisation.

Why Join Us?

  • Supportive Team: Be part of a welcoming and motivated team that truly values patient care.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities for ongoing training and development within Envisage Dental.
  • Work-Life Balance: Full-time hours over a Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Benefits: Competitive salary, pension scheme, referral rewards, and an extra day off for your birthday.

Who We're Looking For

  • A GDC-registered dental nurse, ideally with experience in patient coordination or treatment planning.
  • Willing and able to step in to support clinical nursing when required.
  • At least two years of experience in a dental, medical, or high-end customer care environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills; approachable, empathetic, and confident in building patient trust.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable discussing treatment options and finance in a professional and ethical way.
  • Positive attitude and a team player who enjoys helping others.

Interested?

If you're passionate about patient care and want to make a real difference in a modern, growing clinic, we'd love to hear from you.
