**JOB PURPOSE**:
The primary role of a Treatment Coordinator is to give a 5-star service to current and potential private patients both in person and over the phone in such a way that positively affects the patient’s experience of Neo Orthodontics Ltd.

**Principle Accountabilities and Activities**:
**People**:

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, clinicians, and the general public.
- Communicate effectively with the practice team.
- Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and dentists as necessary to perform duties.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge and attend training necessary for the performance of the role.
- Deliver a 5-star client experience
- Liaise with clients for the entire patient journey
- Administer and process new patient assessments electronically
- Explain treatment options, plans, and pathways to patients
- Assist with the growth of patient referrals through social media, advertisement, and recommendation from existing patients
- Discuss finance options, including payment plans, with patients
- Communicate effectively and develop a strong working relationship with clinicians and our Marketing & Client Experience Manager
- Capture and utilise excellent patient testimonials and online reviews
- Organise and engage in visits to referring practitioners to help strengthen referral networks
- Develop and establish local community networking to build strategic partnership
- Set up practice-related events including CPD offerings for local practitioner groups.

**Practice**:

- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
- Ensure all relevant computers and IT equipment and manual systems are functional.
- Management and maintenance of practice electronic communications.
- Request all relevant documentation from patients.
- Log information on calls received as necessary.
- Greet patients on arrival to the practice in a courteous professional manner and introduce necessary staff.
- Schedule patient’s appointments according to the clinician’s specifications and availability.
- Maintain detailed and accurate computerised and if applicable paper patient records.
- Operate a variety of standard office equipment as required.
- All duties deemed relevant by the line manager.
- Manage social media accounts in relation to relevant practices

**PROFIT**:

- Follow cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Process and monitor retail sales in line with company guidelines.
- Set up, log and track payment plans

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,205.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
