Langmans Dental is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our friendly, close-knit teams across two well-established dental practices. Langmans Dental is a long-established, family-run group with two thriving Warwickshire dental practices offering both NHS and private treatments. Our teams work closely together to provide high-quality dentistry and a positive experience for every patient across both locations.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring our patients receive excellent service and our team feels supported and empowered.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the clinical and front of house teams
  • Inspiring a cohesive and motivated team culture by promoting transparency, collaboration, and professional excellence among all staff members.
  • Managing staff rotas, recruitment, and HR processes
  • Managing compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, BDA Good Practice and all regulatory standards
  • Leading staff meetings, and managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction, address patient concerns and complaints
  • Tracking patient recalls, open courses of treatment, and debt recovery
  • Conducting/overseeing audits and presenting findings to the team

About You

You'll be a confident communicator with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 2+ years' experience managing a dental or healthcare practice
  • HR management experience
  • Excellent organisational and people management skills
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
  • A solid understanding of CQC compliance and dental regulations
  • Strong IT and administrative abilities
  • A genuine passion for patient care and team development

Essential Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • The ability to travel between both practices (Stratford Upon Avon & Wellesbourne)
