About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking motivated graduates to join their
Wealth Management Analyst Training Programme
. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals who enjoy building professional relationships, developing creative financial strategies, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.

The successful candidates will be part of a collaborative team that supports high-net-worth clients through tailored investment, lending, and banking solutions. This role offers a strong foundation for a long-term career in private banking and financial advisory services.

The Programme

The Graduate Analyst Programme begins with an immersive five-week global training experience, bringing together participants from around the world. During this time, candidates will gain a deep understanding of the firm's operations, develop technical and interpersonal skills, and engage directly with senior leaders.

Following the initial induction, participants will continue with structured professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Graduates who complete the programme successfully often progress into Associate-level roles and build rewarding, long-term careers with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced advisors and product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to strategies designed to protect, manage, and grow client wealth.
  • Work across investment, credit, and banking teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Support business development efforts by helping attract and retain clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Expected graduation between
    December 2025 and June 2026

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
