PAN Technologies Ltd have been established for nearly 25 years located in the West Midlands. We are manufacturers of plastic components on a range of 22 Injection moulding machines ranging from 80-650t with a separate dedicated assembly department in our modern purpose built production facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to become part of the technical team in a period of growth and investment due to a growing portfolio of clients.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing the optimum process parameters of all Injection Mould tools and ancillaries and ensuring that all plant and equipment is maintained. Carrying out efficient changes and setting of the tools and equipment while assisting in developing and fostering a continuous improvement culture.

The candidate will need to ensure all quality standards are continually met and correct measures carried out where required.

Candidates should have previous processing experience together with a 'hands-on' approach to their daily working. They must be able to work in a team of other setters/technicians effectively with good communication skills and reliability.
