As Vice President of Sales – UKI Product & Specification, you will lead Hubexo's UK & Ireland Specifier and Supplier commercial strategy across product and specification sales. Responsible for revenue delivery and customer growth, you will shape and execute a clear go-to-market strategy that expands our customer base, deepens relationships, and strengthens our competitive position.
You will be accountable for new business acquisition, sales leadership, and team performance — creating a culture of data-driven decision-making, high accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the President UKI and contributing to the long-term commercial vision for Hubexo.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the UK & Ireland, setting clear expectations, coaching regularly, and creating an environment for growth
• Take full ownership of new sales targets and pipeline growth across the product and specification portfolio
• Define and deliver a robust, insight-led sales strategy that aligns with organisational growth goals Cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships (including C-suite), acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner
• Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities and revenue streams
• Work collaboratively with Marketing to align campaigns, optimise conversion rates, and accelerate lead generation
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Operations to enhance go-to-market effectiveness and customer experience
• Champion a high-performance culture with a focus on transparency, curiosity, and accountability
• Deliver accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and sales insights to executive leadership
• Represent Hubexo in external meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
Confident with performance management and holding effective, direct conversations
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of appointment-setting methodology and selection criteria (D)
Understanding of the construction industry and how to win work within it (D)
Strong negotiation and pipeline development skills (D)
(E) Extensive experience in B2B sales leadership, including direct line management
(E) Proven track record of delivering growth and managing multi-million revenue targets
(E) Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, budget planning, and data-led reporting
(E) Skilled in building and managing senior-level relationships, particularly within complex or enterprise sales environments
(D) Previous experience in construction technology, SaaS, or specification-led sales
