As UK Visa Lab continues to grow, this role will play a key part in scaling our internal operations and delivery capability. You'll be contributing to improving the overall client experience and operational excellence of our consultancy.

Role Description

We are seeking a
Project Manager
to join our team on a
remote or hybrid basis
, based either in the
UK or Turkey
.

You'll be responsible for managing internal workflows, coordinating client projects, and ensuring that all operational processes run efficiently. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality delivery and continuous improvement.

This position reports directly to the
Founders
and collaborates closely with our client experience and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor end-to-end delivery of client projects.
  • Manage internal and external workflows, including onboarding, project tracking, and milestone delivery.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation templates, and internal knowledge base.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client-facing processes and materials.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across our processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy and new service initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with workflow and CRM tools (e.g. Notion, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
  • Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
    is required.
  • Understanding of
    tech terminology, startups, and digital product workflows
    is a plus.
