As a Content Writer at GraphAware, you will own the content function, creating high-quality written content that demonstrates the impact of our graph-powered intelligence analysis platform across the law enforcement, public safety, and intelligence domains.
You will source, create and edit content from across the business, translating complex topics into clear and compelling narratives tailored to our target audience.
This role requires native-level English, excellent writing skills, the ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts, and a strong understanding of B2B marketing.
Your responsibilitiesContent Strategy
- Collaborate with our Marketing Director to develop and deliver a quality-first content and editorial plan.
- Balance content needs across the customer lifecycle, from thought leadership and demand generation, to customer engagement and advocacy.
- Build strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, external partners and customer advocates to identify new content opportunities, and make them a reality.
Content Creation
- Produce clear, concise, audience-appropriate content including blog posts, articles, landing pages, case studies and emails.
- Translate technical concepts (graph analytics, AI capabilities, ETL workflows, data pipelines, etc.) into impact-led narratives, anchored in customer needs and real-world use cases.
- Define and maintain a consistent GraphAware voice across all written marketing materials.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to prepare accurate and compelling product announcements and release-related content.
Marketing Support
- Develop thought leadership content that explains the value of graph-powered intelligence analysis to our target domains, including LinkedIn content when needed.
- Act as the content expert for the marketing team, establishing a content sign-off process and acting as the first-line reviewer of new materials.
- Support agency-produced video content with storyboards, scripts, and messaging.
- Contribute written assets for demand generation campaigns.
- Refresh and optimise existing content to maintain relevance, accuracy, performance, and alignment with our positioning and tone of voice.
Collaboration
- Conduct interviews with internal subject matter experts to gather insight and perspective.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure content reflects customer needs, real use cases, and accurate positioning.
- Help shape and evolve GraphAware's content voice.
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, technical writing, or content strategy
- 2+ years of content writing for a technology company
- Researching complex technical topics, and presenting them in simple, accessible ways
- Interviewing internal and external experts and converting insights into content
- Creating a range of content formats, e.g. blog posts, case studies, white papers, technical explainers, emails, etc.
- Working with cross-functional teams in a distributed environment
Must haves
- Native-level English writing and communication skills
- An ability to understand complex technical concepts and transform them into commercially relevant, impact-driven content that meets the needs for a niche audience
- Strong writing portfolio demonstrating clarity, structure, accuracy and craft
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and deliver consistently
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and accountability
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Growth mindset and continuous improvement attitude
Knowledge and understanding of
- B2B SaaS or data analytics concepts
- Basic technical concepts such as APIs, data pipelines, ETL, AI features, and data visualisation
- The importance of clarity, accuracy, and consistency in content
- Core SEO fundamentals, including keyword analysis, on-page optimisation, and topic cluster strategies

- Experience with graph technology
- Exposure to intelligence, public safety, cybersecurity, or similar domains
- Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress and Ahrefs
