We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Early Careers Coordinator to join our Apprentice team at our purpose built training academy in Blackburn.
This role is a 12 Month maternity cover
Our Role
As an Early Careers Coordinator in the Early Careers team you will be responsible for providing full administrative support. With previous experience working in a busy, challenging environment, you will be highly organised and able to perform a wide range of administrative tasks. These will include accurately inputting, tracking and monitoring the training and development of all of the Early Careers employees. Alongside this, you will be required to assist the department to provide general administrative support to the Early Careers function.
This is a varied role which is suitable for someone who can be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.
We'd like to hear from you if you have;
- Previous experience working in an administrative setting (Essential)
- Be self-motivated and can work independently, whilst under pressure to meet relevant business targets, often using your own initiative
- Have a high level of organisation and ability to prioritise competing workloads whilst working dynamically across multiple teams with varied skillsets
- Computer literate and proficient with a full range of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Essential)
- Five A* to C GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths (Essential)
