Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conference and Events Coordinator based in Birmingham, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves end-to-end planning and coordination of conferences and events, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution. Daily responsibilities include liaising with vendors and clients, providing top-notch customer service, overseeing event milestones, and maintaining organizational standards. Additional collaboration with cross-functional teams will support the success of each event.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
  • Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management for organizing and managing events from inception to Execution
  • Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth execution of complex events.
  • A proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and adaptability to a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare industries is an asset but not required.
  • Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
