Supplier Relations – Anytime Fitness UK & Ireland

Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the London office)

£45,000 per annum | Permanent Role

As one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world, we are now looking for Supplier Relations to take ownership of key partnerships and help scale a supplier ecosystem that truly supports our people and growth.

This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, collaboration, and commercial impact. Someone who has real visibility, real influence and a real opportunity to shape the future how we work with our suppliers across the UK & Ireland.

What you will do

·      Develop and manage key supplier relationships across multiple categories including fitness equipment, facility maintenance, digital systems, apparel, cleaning, and construction.

·      Serve as the main liaison between suppliers, internal teams, franchisees, and the Master Franchisor, including supporting Collective Wellness Group where required.

·      Manage relationships with Tier One suppliers
and lead onboarding, contract administration, and communications for new and existing suppliers.

·      Identify opportunities to consolidate or expand preferred suppliers
,
improving efficiency and effectiveness across the network.

·      Support finance, legal, and business leaders with tenders, supplier reviews, and compliance processes.

·      Track
KPIs and SLAs, monitor performance, and resolve escalated supplier issues proactively.

·      Work closely with Business Development (New Builds) and Remodel Teams, ensuring supplier performance supports construction, presales, equipment rollout, and club openings.

·      Drive supplier engagement and innovation, using data and network feedback to generate actionable insights.

·      Support franchisees with supplier guidance, including education on preferred vendors, operational processes, and onboarding of new initiatives.

·      Manage supplier-related logistics for the business, including procurement of office equipment, mobile devices, uniforms, and merchandise.

·      Lead supplier contributions for key events, including conference sponsorships, tradeshows, and promotional items.

·      Ensure supplier adherence to UK legal requirements, health and safety regulations, insurance standards, and maintain accurate documentation across vendor portals.

What we're looking for

·      Experience in supplier relations, procurement, or multi-vendor contract negotiation.

·      Experience in franchised, retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments is highly desirable.

·      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting supplier performance and commercial reports.

·      Practical understanding of UK supplier compliance and procurement standards.

·      Proactive, resilient, and naturally collaborative, thriving in a people-first culture.

·      Interest in the fitness or wellness sector is a plus.

·      Excellent time management, multitasking, and IT skills.
