About CS Paving & Surfacing:

CS Paving & Surfacing is a leading provider of paving and surfacing solutions across Lincolnshire. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Social Media Creator to strengthen our brand presence both online and offline.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to lead our marketing and social media activity. This role combines creative content creation with hands-on marketing – helping to build brand awareness, drive engagement and generate new leads. The right candidate will plan, create, and manage digital campaigns, social posts and promotional materials that showcase our work and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit sites regularly to capture high-quality photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
  • Manage and grow our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Design and schedule posts, ads and campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Write engaging posts, blogs and marketing content for use online and in print.
  • Track and analyse campaign and engagement to measure performance.
  • Liaise with the office and site teams to gather accurate information for marketing materials.
  • Assist with other marketing activities such as local advertising, email newsletter and printed brochures.
  • Stay up to date with social trends and suggest new creative ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing, digital content creation or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement and social media best practices.
  • Skills in photography, videography, and editing (mobile or desktop).
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage projects independently.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential for site visits).
  • Experience in construction or trades-related industries is a plus but not required.

Hours:

  • Freelance / part-time basis (approximately 1–3 days per week, flexible scheduling).
  • Potential for more hours as the role develops.
