Construction Project Administrator

- Provide administrative support to Technical Author's throughout all project phases.
- Prepare, organise, and manage project documentation, including contacts, drawings, manufacturers literature, and reports.
- Track project progress, timelines and assist in preparing status updates.
- Assist in updating the Operating and Maintenance Manuals
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of Manuals
- Ensure all documents are properly numbered, formatted, reviewed, and approved before issue.
- Downloading and uploading information from Online Portals. i.e (Asite, Viewpoint, Acconex)
- Computer Literate (Working with PDF, Excel)
- Organising Folders – Re naming Folders
- Using the internet to download MEP information
- Typing
- Data input
- Compiling Schedules
- Answering / making phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Obtaining Technical documentation from manufactures
- Researching on internet for documentation
- Creating documents in Excel & Word
- Combining documents into PDF from word & excel
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Performing other relevant duties when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
