  • Provide administrative support to Technical Author's throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare, organise, and manage project documentation, including contacts, drawings, manufacturers literature, and reports.
  • Track project progress, timelines and assist in preparing status updates.
  • Assist in updating the Operating and Maintenance Manuals
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of Manuals
  • Ensure all documents are properly numbered, formatted, reviewed, and approved before issue.
  • Downloading and uploading information from Online Portals. i.e (Asite, Viewpoint, Acconex)
  • Computer Literate (Working with PDF, Excel)
  • Organising Folders – Re naming Folders
  • Using the internet to download MEP information
  • Typing
  • Data input
  • Compiling Schedules
  • Answering / making phone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Obtaining Technical documentation from manufactures
  • Researching on internet for documentation
  • Creating documents in Excel & Word
  • Combining documents into PDF from word & excel
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Performing other relevant duties when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
