Construction Project Manager Witney 40,000 basic (OTE 50,000-70,000) 40 hours per week Monday - Friday Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver key in-house construction projects. Projects include the redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed-use schemes, and commercial fit‑outs and refurbishments. You will work directly with the Owner & Managing Director and take full ownership of projects from concept through to completion. Key Duties Lead and manage construction projects to ensure successful delivery - on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate internal teams, third‑party suppliers, and contractors. Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and feasibility assessments for new build and refurbishment projects. Produce budgets, analyse project costs, and oversee resource allocation. Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, to track progress and report performance. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors. Report progress and escalates issues directly to senior management. Requirements Proven experience in construction project management, including refurbishments, fit‑outs, and new builds. Experience managing steel portal frame new build projects (desirable). Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously from initial planning through to completion. Strong budgeting, analysis, and organisational skills; QS experience advantageous. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). RICS qualification preferred but not essential.
