We're looking for a Re​sident Services Associate for a high-quality​ & brand new Build to Rent (BTR) development in Central London.

This role is ideal for candidates from hospitality, hotels, ​BTR, PBSA, front-of-house, residential​/block management or any customer-facing environment who want to progress into a property-focused role with real career development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Being the welcoming face of the building ​- greeting residents, visitors, and prospects

  • Handling day-to-day queries with confidence, warmth and professionalism

  • Supporting move-ins, tours and resident onboarding

  • Getting involved in community events, resident activities and initiatives

  • Ensuring reception and communal areas look fantastic at all times

  • Coordinating with property management, maintenance and suppliers

  • Managing parcels, bookings and daily admin

  • Helping create a positive, inclusive, community-led environment

Who This Would Suit

You'll thrive in this role if you have experience in any of the following:

  • Hotels or hospitality (front of house, guest services, concierge)

  • PBSA (student accommodation, customer service, reception)

  • ​BTR (resident host, FOH, resident manager)

  • Residential property (leasing, sales support, resident services)

  • Retail or customer experience roles where people come first

  • Community-focused roles that require relationship-building
