Are you seeking a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives, where your positivity and compassionate nature will truly shine?

About you:

You're someone who genuinely cares about others and approaches every situation with empathy, understanding, and respect. You take pride in building positive, trusting relationships and communicating openly and professionally — even when faced with challenging circumstances. Staying calm under pressure and finding practical, person-centred solutions are strengths you've developed through both personal and professional experience.

You're motivated by helping people reach their potential and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. Emotional awareness, self-reflection, and compassion guide how you support and connect with people from all backgrounds.

You also have a strong awareness of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness — whether through previous work, volunteering, or lived experience — and understand the importance of consistency, empowerment, and dignity in supporting others.

About the role:

We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable individual to join our team, providing flexible support to women experiencing homelessness. In this role, you'll work closely with residents to develop personalised support plans and help them achieve their goals, including their move-on aspirations.

You will build strong, collaborative relationships with partner agencies and organisations to ensure residents are safeguarded from harm and have access to the right opportunities, services, and support to overcome any barriers they may face.

A key part of your work will be contributing to the development of a trauma-informed and psychologically informed environment within our women's project. You will also play an important role in promoting a peer-led model of support, empowering residents to take an active role in shaping their recovery and progress.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of women affected by homelessness.

Main Areas Of Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across accommodation services; this may include room cleaning and clearance.

Ensure that IT systems are updated as required and concise record keeping is completed promptly.

To undertake any other duties that can be reasonably required to meet the operational needs of Homeless Oxfordshire Ltd.

Keep up to date and clear records and ensure information is shared with the team and external agencies as required.

Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and represent Homeless Oxfordshire at interagency meetings, as required.
