This is a key role, is assisting to ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time and maintaining compliance.

What You'll Do

Payroll Processing & Compliance

  • Accurately process payroll and monthly tips across the hotel

  • Check payroll daily, reviewing payslips and reports for accuracy

  • Ensure PAYE submissions balance and direct debits are correct

  • Complete and submit standard tax and benefit documentation

Systems & Reporting

  • Produce payroll reports and weekly forecasts, monitoring variances and following up on corrections

  • Monitor wage payments, BACS returns, and wage advances, ensuring swift resolution

Stakeholder & Provider Liaison

  • Be the first point of contact for all payroll queries across the hotel

  • Liaise with CIPHR — our external payroll provider — and support Group payroll administration

  • Provide accurate, timely reports to the General Manager and Group HR/Finance

Administration & Support

  • Maintain a professional filing and audit trail for payroll documents

  • Complete tasks requested by HR Operations Manager and Group Finance teams

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality payroll service to internal colleagues
