About the roles:

The Alliance Director is responsible for leading Ensono's strategic partnerships across the cloud technology ecosystem in UK and Europe. This role drives joint business growth, strengthens partner relationships, defines Ensono strategy for engaging with AWS and Microsoft, while expanding collaboration with other strategic partners that complement Ensono's public cloud service portfolio.

You'll act as the primary liaison between Ensono, AWS, and Microsoft in UK and Europe, building trusted relationships, managing joint programs, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to convert partnership potential into tangible revenue outcomes and measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic relationships with AWS, Microsoft to ensure alignment, execution, and measurable revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans that define shared objectives, revenue targets, enablement goals, and marketing priorities across the partner ecosystem.
  • Represent Ensono within partner organisations through regular meetings, QBRs, and executive engagement, ensuring visibility and advocacy.
  • Work alongside Ensono's new logo and client partner sales teams to drive co-sell and joint GTM engagement with the appropriate partner sales and technical stakeholders
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline development through co-selling, account mapping, and multi-partner go-to-market initiatives that create new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute partner campaigns, events, and client success programs that deliver measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with the global Ensono product teams on right-fit solutions positioning with the hyperscalers.
  • Manage partner systems and tools to ensure accurate opportunity tracking, visibility, and incentive capture.
  • Collaborate with colleagues responsible for AWS and Microsoft alliances in the US and contribute to global program management and execution.
  • Oversee partner programs and funding (e.g., MDF, POC credits, co-sell benefits), ensuring Ensono maximizes available resources while maintaining compliance.
  • Lead partner enablement, certification, and competency initiatives to grow internal expertise and maintain required accreditations across AWS, Azure, and other strategic partners.
  • Track and report key KPIs — including revenue growth, certifications, pipeline metrics, and joint marketing ROI — to internal leadership and partner stakeholders.
  • Stay current with partner program updates, technologies, and market trends to inform Ensono's partnership strategy and competitive positioning.

What you will being to Ensono

  • Extensive experience managing strategic alliances across public cloud and broader technology ecosystems, ideally including both AWS and Microsoft.
  • Strong understanding of partner programs, funding models, certification frameworks, and co-sell structures across multiple partner types.
  • Proven success in driving new revenue, building joint pipeline, and delivering GTM programs with global technology partners.
  • Experience working with large, complex partner organisations and managing executive-level relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver joint go-to-market initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities across global teams.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.AWS, Microsoft, or other partner certifications are a plus.
