We are looking for an Administrator to join or site in Cramlington. The role entails different activities related to administration within CMP. The Administrator role will be multi-functional, supporting Supervisors and department Managers with their day-to-day duties.

What you'll be doing

  • Take ownership of office supplies, ensuring regular stock checks are carried out and replenished
  • Support administration of T&A including control of holidays
  • Ensure all documentation is kept up to date
  • Raise purchase requisitions, ensuring delivery notes are processed and orders booked in
  • Raise fault reports linked to shop-floor improvements or health and safety requirements
  • Assist in the development, monitoring and gather data of performance measures/ KPI's
  • Support in the preparation of presentations, reports and documents
  • Participate in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Ensure stock checks on maintenance stores are completed to plan
  • Ensure all contractor control documentation is well managed and attached to the correct permits in IFS
  • Participate in lean six sigma and continuous improvement projects
  • To carry out any other duties not listed above as may reasonably be expected

This position will be on a full time, permanent basis working dayshift. To provide its employees an improvement in work/life balance, CMP operates a 9-day fortnight (9/10) where staff employees have the opportunity to work compressed working hours and as a result have every other Friday as a day off.
