We're expanding our Manchester team and hiring a
Field Account Executive
to help grow and support client campaigns across the region.

About the Field Account Executive role

As a
Field Account Executive
, you'll be the link between our clients, our campaigns, and the customers we interact with every day. You'll be out in the field, meeting people, gathering insights, and making sure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

You'll learn how to manage territories, build relationships, and move towards taking ownership of small teams and projects as you grow.

What you'll be doing

As a
Field Account Executive
, you will:

  • Run
    in-person campaigns
    across Manchester and the surrounding area in agreed locations
  • Have
    structured, professional conversations
    with customers, explaining products and services clearly
  • Build and maintain
    positive relationships
    with customers and local stakeholders
  • Track daily activity and outcomes in
    simple reports
    so performance is clear and visible
  • Share
    feedback and ideas
    that help improve campaign quality and results
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members as your experience grows
  • Represent both
    Resolve
    and our clients in a professional, brand-safe way at all times

What we're looking for

You don't need years of experience – we'll provide training. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable talking to people and enjoys being out and about
  • Ambitious
    , with a genuine interest in sales, business, or leadership
  • Reliable and organised
    , able to follow through on plans and daily targets
  • Open to
    coaching and feedback
    , willing to learn by doing
  • Based in or near
    Manchester
    , with flexibility to travel across the region when required
  • Looking for an
    immediate start
    in a full-time, on-site role

Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales, events, customer service) is a plus but not essential.
