The Role
Giftcloud is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing mid and top tier clients on a day-to-day basis. The role will include managing and executing client campaigns, liaising with clients on campaign performance and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upsell.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage and nurture strong trust-based relationships with mid and large tier brands, affiliates networks and agencies, serving as the main point of contact for your clients and conducting regular reviews and check-ins.
Help clients plan, launch and optimise campaigns, providing guidance on best practices, industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless execution to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Identify opportunities to introduce new products and features to your clients. Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic planning.
Represent the client's voice internally to help shape product development and service enhancements. Ensure feedback is captured and acted upon.
Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions to address them. Coordinate with support or technical teams when needed.
Drive new client onboarding. Ensure new campaigns are set up in a timely manner and also to maximise profitability.

Reporting
Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Present data-driven insights and recommendations.
Deliver regular reports and updates on growth and effectiveness of campaign management.
Utilise Google analytics, internal data and market insight to deliver regular business reviews for your clients, preparing insights from data to drive future performance/revenue
Identify and report on weekly and monthly fluctuations, for regular business updates.
Report and analyse industry trends and report to clients.
Other
Working with the Operations team track and resolve delivery of campaigns in a professional and timely manner.
Act as a role model for the junior members of the team, assisting with training and deputising for Senior Account Managers when required.
Plan, attend and manage external event attendance
What you have
A proven track record of growing client accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manipulate large amounts of raw data and draw meaningful conclusions
Ability to work on multi-faceted client programs and deal with tight deadlines at a fast pace
Confident and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills in a client facing situation
Determined, with an ability to overcome any obstacles presented in a start-up business
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
Proficient user of MS Office and/or G Suite
