Property Viewing Assistant/s (Brighton, Newcastle and Oxford)

Job Type: Temporary Worker/s (possibility of becoming permanent)

Hours: Zero hours - Flexible, ad-hoc worker

Pay: £25 per viewing + mileage

Position: 3 people ( 1 in each location)

We are seeking reliable individual's to carry out property viewings on our behalf across Brighton, Newcastle and Oxford. Being based in the town is crucial. The role involves attending scheduled viewings, taking clear photographs, recording basic room measurements, and completing a short, structured review of each property using our provided template.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-arranged property viewings in one of the university towns mentioned.
  • Capture accurate photographs and room measurements (equipment to be provided)
  • Complete a brief, bullet-pointed property review after each visit
  • Submit all materials promptly following the viewing

Requirements:

  • Access to a car and willingness to travel across cities
  • Responsive over WhatsApp message
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently

This is a flexible role ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time work. Mileage expenses are reimbursed.
