We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Reprographics Administrator to join our busy support team. This vital role ensures our teachers and staff have the high-quality materials they need, exactly when they need them, keeping the school running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full reprographics service for the school, prioritising and fulfilling all printing, copying and binding requests
  • Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting professional digital printers and finishing equipment
  • Managing stock (paper, toner, etc.) and liaising with external suppliers for best value
  • Providing essential support to our Learner Reception team dealing with Medical and Attendance

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a busy reprographics or printing environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment
  • A flexible, friendly and adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
  • The ability to manage the challenges that come with working with young people with patience and a smile
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • A willingness to go the extra mile and step in where needed.
