Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our family run business within the Commercial Kitchen Design Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project logistics. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the smooth operation of our contracts.
Duties
- Liase with suppliers
- Supplying quotations for clients
- Attending site surveys/meetings
Requirements
- Experience in contract administration or a related role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Experience in CAD design ideal but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
