Field and Events Marketing Manager
Why We Have This Role
We are seeking an exceptional Field and Events Marketing Manager to join our Global Field and Demand Generation Team. This is a pivotal, high-impact role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising regional marketing strategies that directly support sales objectives across our three Customer Units (North, Central, and South).

This role serves as the strategic link between Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales. Your primary goal is to drive high-quality pipeline, accelerate deal conversion, and deliver measurable, bottom-line results tied to revenue for the EMEA region.

How You'll Find Success
Success in this role is defined by a blend of strong execution, collaborative spirit, and demonstrable impact on the bottom line:

  • Program Impact: Partner with Field Marketing to clearly align on objectives, then execute a prioritised engagement strategy before and after every program—maximizing pipeline outcomes.
  • Take Initiative & Ownership: You understand the expected outcome, get the context, and work autonomously to get things done without needing explicit direction. You are a self-starter and an owner.
  • Data Driven: Proficiently utilise Salesforce and analytics platforms to drive regular, data-informed discussions around program performance and pipeline health.
  • Articulate Communicator: You influence effectively and create trust with sales stakeholders, maintaining outstanding communication and collaboration skills across global and dispersed teams.
  • Operational Excellence: You excel in managing multifaceted events and programs simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional project management abilities while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

How You'll Grow

  • Strategic Development: Opportunities to refine your strategic thinking through high-impact campaigns in a fast-scaling enterprise organisation.
  • Expanded Network: A chance to expand your network by collaborating cross-functionally across all major revenue functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Partner, Operations).
  • Mentorship: Access to mentorship and professional development programs tailored to enhancing your marketing knowledge and capabilities.
  • Career Trajectory: Potential for significant career growth as you build and develop exciting activation programs and influence the wider EMEA Marketing team strategy.

Things You'll Do
The responsibilities of this role require a strategic mindset combined with hands-on, detail-oriented execution:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking GTM plan in partnership with Field Marketing Managers, CU leadership and cross-team stakeholders, including a program mix designed to meet and exceed regional targets.
  • Event Program Leadership: Help ideate, build, scale, and support the execution of our entire events portfolio—from large annual programs like X4 and Experience Roadshows to smaller, high-touch Account-Specific 1:1 ABM events and workshops.
  • Pipeline Generation: Lead high-impact ABM initiatives, including field events, webinars, and sponsorship activations, to generate qualified leads and drive the conversion or acceleration of targeted accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders, including regional sales leaders and managers, as well as European and Global Marketing Teams (Scale, Digital, PMM, Content, Ops, Partner) to drive business impact and net-new pipeline.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage the allocated marketing spend with exceptional fiscal responsibility, ensuring effective reconciliation and maximizing ROI across all field marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of all programs using metrics focused on pipeline generation and revenue impact.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a B2B marketing, agency, or field marketing role.

  • Proven track record of commercial results or direct ownership of a marketing pipeline / ACV number.
  • 3+ years experience managing complex field events, including strategic workshops, webinars, and large-scale sponsorship activations.
  • Demonstrable experience running programs beyond physical events (e.g., content syndication, digital demand gen).
  • Experience working with direct sales teams, sales development teams, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Must be metrics-driven and have experience analysing program effectiveness using tools like and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience holding event budget authority and managing budgets across an event series.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel for events will be required.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • History of success working for a B2B SaaS software company.

  • Proven experience working on account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing technologies (MarTech).
  • A second European language (ideally French or German).
