Who we seek:
A bold, high-energy Events & Field Marketing Manager to elevate and execute Field Marketing across EMEA. You'll drive pipeline through high-impact, innovative field events, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to create unforgettable experiences that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and fuel growth.
You're not a box checker, you're results-obsessed. You lead from the front, pushing the envelope, creating engagement, and making sure every event is a game-changer.
What you'll do:
- Execute and support field marketing initiatives across EMEA, aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Lead and deliver regional trade shows, conferences, roadshows, joint partner field programs and executive events.
- Provide onsite support and operational oversight to ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with Sales, Channel, and Marketing leaders to support pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
- Oversee logistics, vendors, timelines, and budgets—ensuring every detail is accounted for.
- Track and report on performance and ROI to drive continual improvement.
- Travel up to 30% across EMEA for onsite execution and vendor management.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in leading B2B field and event marketing, within high-growth tech environments.
- Strong operational and project management skills, you're known for your ability to get things done.
- Deep familiarity with the EMEA region and its logistical, cultural, and business nuances.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Tech-savvy: experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp (or equivalent platforms).
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Based in London, with easy access to regional travel
