Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and drive strategic development across our organisation. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive development strategies to achieve organisational growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business expansion.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Oversee the utilisation of CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage client data and track sales pipelines effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery from inception through completion.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Organise training sessions for team members on CRM tools and sales techniques to optimise performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, along with other relevant CRM tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact on organisational growth while developing their career within a supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,405.39-£59,745.75 per year
