Salary: £28,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Day Shift

From our fast-paced warehouse in Leeds, we ensure our clients receive exactly what they need, when they need it. To support our continued growth, we're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our friendly and driven logistics team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, physical role that's all about accuracy, organisation, and a can-do attitude. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps the warehouse running smoothly — from picking and packing to maintaining stock accuracy and supporting our outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking & Packing Orders: Accurately select and prepare goods for dispatch
  • Loading & Unloading Vehicles: Handle incoming and outgoing stock, including manual lifting
  • Stock Movement & Handling: Move goods around the warehouse — manually or using forklift equipment (Flexi, Reach, or Counterbalance if licensed)
  • Container Handballing: Unload stock from containers when required
  • Stock Control: Support regular stock counts, help keep bin locations accurate, and update the system as needed to maintain real-time inventory visibility
  • Warehouse Organisation: Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficiently
  • Safety & Standards: Follow all H&S procedures and warehouse best practices

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Confidence with manual handling and physical warehouse duties
  • Flexi forklift licence preferred but not essential
  • Scissorlift licence preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining stock accuracy
  • Comfortable using basic systems or willing to learn
  • A positive attitude and team spirit
