**Reports To: Dispatch & Warehouse Team Leader**

**Based At: Head Office, Leeds**

**Job Purpose**:
a) To accurately process and dispatch customer orders

b) To ensure stock is available in the picking area

c) To ensure that deliveries are passed to third party couriers in a timely manner using in house and third party systems

d) To resolve any stock issues arising

General

a) Accurately picking, packing and dispatching customer orders including training & marketing orders and training kits, in accordance with company schedules

b) Checking picked orders to ensure customer receives what has been recorded on the computerized order capture system with no errors

c) Ensuring that all items to be dispatched are with company appointed carriers in accordance with company timetables

d) Ensuring that stock is correct in the picking area and that the computer system reflects the correct stock levels

e) Identifying any stock shortages which would impact on the smooth dispatching of orders

f) Undertaking ad hoc operational tasks to assist in the smooth running of the department

**Skills & Experience**
- Must have good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal professionally with challenging situations
- Able to demonstrate excellent numeracy
- Work well as part of a team
- Computer literate

**Note**:processing of orders is office-based, however, there is an element of work carried out in the warehouse itself - for example, booking in stock from our suppliers and stacking away on purpose-built racking. Applicants need to be able to cope with this physical side of the role.

**Training**

Training will be given on all internal systems and procedures, including in-depth product knowledge on all new and existing brands

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
