Job Title: Void Property Cleaner

Contracted: 40 hours per week (Opportunity for overtime at enhanced rates)

New Look Oxon is a growing Construction and Facilities Management company that undertakes various maintenance and project work across the Ministry of Defence. We have offices at RAF Brize Norton and Shrivenham but cover multiple locations across the South East and South West.

We are currently looking for a well-rounded individual to support our Cleaning Team with a particular focus on cleaning properties ready for new occupants to move in. You will work closely with the onsite team and the Cleaning team Coordinator to successfully support our on-the-ground delivery team in meeting their targets.

These properties will be in Carterton, Witney, Thatcham, Didcot, Shrivenham, Lyneham, Chippenham, Bicester, Witney.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include -

  • Preparation of Properties ready for new occupants
  • Support Operations Team with site cleans and maintenance

You will have access to a van, equipment and cleaning products, and be given training to enable you to carry out your role.

The ideal candidate will -

  • Be comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
  • Have high attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate.
  • Have the capability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
  • Be able to support cleaning operations across the business.
  • Be comfortable with the physical challenges that come with this role.
  • Be comfortable to use Whatsapp

Essential -

  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to pass enhanced security checks

Desirable -

  • CSCS Card but not essential
