We are seeking an individual to join us in a supporting role for Voids to provide administration support for a team of Surveyors and Co-ordinators responsible for the turnaround of empty home repairs for social housing.

As a Voids Administrator, you will record and monitor void properties on a portal and spreadsheets and manage historical data for processing invoices from energy providers and other utility companies. The postholder will have strong communication skills, be customer focused and enjoy working as a team. This is a key supporting role to Surveyors and Co-ordinators to ensure our homes are turnaround for new tenants as quickly as possible.

In addition to these duties, you will record the energy recordings for empty homes onto an external portal for our Energy contract that provides costs savings including energy switching for homes to more focused energy saving services for Social Landlords.
