We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Operative in Voids (Plumbing or Carpentry Bias ideally) but to be all round multi trader in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, fitting of new lino, carpets etc with extensive Voids experience to join our team on a permanent basis, for Voids works across multiple social housing, Local authority, void and unoccupied properties.You will be the an experienced Multi Operative and have strong experience within voids and great experience within plumbing, carpentry, plastering, electrics, maintenance, working Voids works to cover ideally live in around the Swindon/Wiltshire region, as you will be required to cover areas from Bracknell, Reading, Swindon, Wiltshire, Yeovil, Bristol, Stroud, Clevedon, and surrounding areas, so the m4 corridor.About the company:Our client specialises in delivering high-quality reactive, planned and void refurbishment works.
