We're on the hunt for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade at a stunning hotel in the heart of North Yorkshire. With a newly refurbished kitchen, an established team of five, and the support of a Leadership team who want to empower the brigade to take this offering to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins in a creative, high-quality kitchen

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the day-to-day running of the kitchen, managing a team of 5 chefs

Full ownership of menu development, stock control, and maintaining standards

Ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality across every dish

Driving high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance

Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs

What We're Looking For:

A passionate and experienced Head Chef with the drive and aspirations to exceed guest expectations.

A genuine love of locally sourced, seasonal produce

Calm, organised and a great communicator with a positive leadership style

Experience in hotels or high-quality restaurants required

High rosette or Michelin experience would be great but the passion to deliver quality food every time is a must.
