The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our growing CRM team. This is a hands-on, graduate-level role focused on supporting the build and deployment of email, push, and SMS campaigns using the Bloomreach platform.

This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) at our Trafford Park headquarters. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of CRM activities for The Fragrance Shop and our group brands — making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in CRM and marketing technology.

What you'll do

Build and test email, push, and SMS campaigns in Bloomreach using pre-defined templates and dynamic content blocks

Ensure campaigns are accurately briefed, built, tested, and deployed on time

Conduct thorough QA checks including link testing, rendering previews, and inbox placement

Assist with audience selection and segmentation

Collaborate with the wider CRM team to ensure campaigns align with trading priorities and brand guidelines

Maintain campaign documentation and support reporting and performance tracking

What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment

Some experience building emails (academic or professional)

Basic understanding of email design best practices

Aptitude for basic HTML coding

Reliability and process-driven

A proactive team player

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Curious and enthusiastic about developing a career in CRM
