Campaign Marketing Manager, UK&I

At Pax8 we're hiring a Campaign Manager UK&I to join our marketing team in Farnborough. Here, campaigns aren't just about impressions or clicks, they're the catalyst that connects our global strategy to growth across UK & Ireland, creating momentum our sales teams can feel in real time.

This role is about more than managing channels. It's about being the UK&I voice within a high-performing EMEA team: taking strategy and shaping it with local insight, turning ideas into campaigns that resonate, and driving results that matter.

You'll guide the full journey from concept to impact; weaving data with creativity, balancing local nuance with global scale, and making sure every campaign leaves a mark. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful:

• Be the go-to for digital marketing in the UK&I region, bringing local knowledge and nuance into EMEA-wide campaigns.

• Coordinate and execute campaigns aligned with EMEA strategy, focused on UK&I-specific MQL goals.

• Activate campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and beyond.

• Track performance through analytics and insights, recommending optimisations to maximise impact.

• Explore the UK&I media landscape, test new channels and formats (including AI-driven opportunities).

• Partner closely with global marketing and local sales to align strategy with pipeline goals.

• Invest in your growth through Pax8 learning programmes, Elev8 pathways, coaching, and stretch projects.

What you need to thrive in this role

• Sufficient experience in planning, activating, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across regions and functions.

• Confidence in interpreting campaign data and turning insights into actions.

• Excellent communication skills — from writing briefs and copy to presenting recommendations.

• A proactive, innovative mindset with an appetite for emerging marketing tech and AI tools.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise multiple projects.

• A self-starter who's comfortable working independently and in a team.

• The legal right to work in the UK.
