As part of our customer success team you will be located in our HQ in Pembridge, near Leominster. The customer success team is responsible for all aspect of fulfilment for our business from processing orders, speaking to customers, mixing, packing and dispatching paint products to our customers and then following up orders and customers.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for processing all types of orders; paint, colour card and sample pots generated on line and on the phone. This job involves the interface between on line orders which are processed through our inventory system and then put into production. You will also be processing all orders which come in on email and are taken by customers calling into the office on the phone.

Payments also need to be processed through Worldplay, Tyl and BACS and customers need to be called for payment prior to paint being dispatched. Attention to detail is essential and it would be better if you were comfortable working with numbers.

Our paint is delivered by courier and the fulfilment team is responsible for checking that deliveries have been made and dealing with any delivery problems. This can be very frustrating for our customers and so you will need a calm and soothing manner in all communication with customers and you will need to be resilient to their criticism even when it is not our fault

Answering the telephone will be your daily responsibility. There is no escape from incoming calls so you need to be happy talking to customers, problem solving on your feet, fielding calls for colleagues and taking initiative. Our office is small and very busy and the phone is always ringing.

The job involves a lot of admin, following processes and keeping on top of orders. The fulfilment team also supports the sales and marketing team dealing with bespoke orders checking stock of samples and POS, collating fulfilment and sales information and producing reports.
