Key Responsibilities

  • Liquidity Management:
    Lead daily cash forecasting and maintain a robust framework to ensure adequate liquidity and funding across the group. Monitor global cash flows to support operational and investment needs.
  • Treasury Reporting:
    Deliver accurate, insightful monthly KPI reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Debt Facility Operations:
    Manage and monitor a range of financing structures (including ABL, Sub-Line, NAV facilities), optimise borrowing strategies, and ensure compliance with debt covenants.
  • FX Hedging:
    Oversee hedging strategies for €30bn+ in fund-level foreign exchange exposures, supporting investment performance and risk mitigation.
  • Investment Liquidity Planning:
    Collaborate with deal teams to align liquidity planning with the transaction pipeline. Drive standardisation of liquidity reporting across stakeholders.
  • Payments Oversight:
    Supervise payment processing, ensuring timely execution and robust approval workflows.
  • Data Integrity & Governance:
    Implement strong controls and processes to maintain high standards of data quality.
  • Risk & Compliance:
    Foster a risk-aware culture, ensuring operational resilience and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Treasury Technology:
    Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of treasury systems, particularly FIS Integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Act as a key point of contact for internal and external queries related to treasury operations, cash flow, and liquidity.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in
    liquidity forecasting
    , cash modelling, and treasury operations within
    private credit or private equity
    environments.
  • Proven ability to manage
    complex treasury structures
    , such as multi-entity pooling and layered fund hierarchies.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, with a focus on
    alternative investments
    .
  • Professional qualifications preferred:
    DipTM
    ,
    ACCA
    ,
    CIMA
    (qualified or part-qualified).
  • Advanced skills in
    Excel
    ,
    PowerPoint
    , and
    data visualisation tools
    (e.g. Power BI, Qlik).
  • Hands-on experience with
    FIS Integrity
    or
    Quantum
    treasury systems.
  • Strong
    analytical and modelling capabilities
    , including scenario analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent communicator with experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution.
  • Change-driven, with a history of leading
    process improvements
    and delivering treasury transformation projects.
  • Minimum
    5 years of treasury, cash management
    , or
    finance operations
    experience within global capital markets or alternative investment management.
