We are a multi award winning business lending more than £5.5 billion to over 2.5 million customers through a network of almost three thousand partners- and growing.Certified as a Great Place to Work in the UK and Ireland, we’re a successful business with a Trustpilot rating of 4.5, a Net Promoter Score of +78, a Glassdoor rating of 4.2 and a Silver Sustainability medal.We offerCompetitive salary in the region of £80,000 per annumA workplace pension schemeHybrid working, with collaborative days in our Leatherhead or London offices25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), with options to purchase and sell up to 5 days holiday per year (pro rata)Private health and dental coverSupport and investment in your personal development24/7 access to Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health First AidersThe RoleReporting to the Head of Treasury and Investor Relations, your role will be broadly split into the following areas;Liquidity and Funding ForecastResponsible for short-term liquidity and funding needs forecast, utilising Excel-based modelsForecasting and stress testing various key components of assets and liabilitiesReview and optimising the teams’ regular processes, implementing new processes and improvements.ReportingImplementation of changes to BI reporting according to business requirementsDelivery of regular external reporting required under securitisation programmes (including regulatory requirements under ESMA)Monitor and report on funding facility covenants, complying with reporting timelinesProduction of the monthly ALCO packFinancial Risk ManagementAnalysis and reporting of exposuresRisk mitigation strategies for interest rate, FX and Counterparty credit risksAd-hocSupport the setup of new funding transactionsAssist with annual budgeting and period forecasting processesWork with the accounting team to ensure that Treasury matters are accurately reflected in financial statementsAct as a backup to the Treasury Analysts teamWho we are looking for If you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company.
