Are you passionate about turning data into strategy? At Magenta Living, we're looking for a Workforce Planning Manager to lead strategic resource planning across our Contact Centre and wider workforce.

Reporting to our Head of Scheduling and Planning, you'll use your expertise in forecasting, analytics, and workforce management tools to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll shape workforce strategies that support our Road to 2030 vision and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll lead strategic workforce planning across Magenta Living, ensuring resource optimisation and alignment with organisational goals. Supporting Contact Centre operations (in-house and outsourced) and wider workforce planning initiatives, you'll use data-driven insights to forecast demand, optimise capacity, and influence strategic decisions that underpin service excellence and financial performance.
