Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per year

Hours: Full-time (37.5–40 hours per week)

We're now looking for a Service Manager to lead and develop our supported living and community-based services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs across the Wirral and Liverpool City Region.

The Role

As Service Manager, you'll provide both hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. You'll guide your team to deliver safe, person-led support while developing the service and ensuring outstanding quality and compliance.

You'll:

Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality, consistent support

Manage referrals, assessments, and transitions with professionals and families

Oversee rota planning, staffing, and compliance with CQC standards

Drive service growth across the region alongside our Registered Manager

Monitor outcomes, data, and quality improvement plans

Promote our TEAMS values — Transparency, Engagement, Authenticity, Motivation, Sustainability

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years' leadership experience in supported living or similar settings
  • Sound understanding of CQC, safeguarding, and quality standards
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for person-led, values-based care
  • Confidence to lead with autonomy and accountability
  • A real want to grow within PICG both personally and professionally
