Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the day to day running of the restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Support management in the training and mentoring of staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting excellent customer service.
  • Support in overseeing food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all dishes meet our quality standards.
  • Support in maintaining inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
  • Implement and uphold food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus/offers that enhance the dining experience.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement within the restaurant.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Background in food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate staff
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
