We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help lead the way in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Monday & Sunday Closed

Tuesday To Thursday - 5 pm to 9 pm

Friday & Saturday - 12 to 9 pm

**The Role**:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and inspiring your team to exceed guest expectations. Your experience in fast-paced, customer-focused restaurants like Mowgli, Wagamama, or Nando's will make you an ideal fit for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding hospitality and teamwork.
- Train and mentor team members to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage staff scheduling, ensuring smooth shifts.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role at restaurants such as Mowgli, Wagamama, or Nando's.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine or a willingness to learn about Kerala food.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
