**Restaurant Supervisor**

**Duties:**

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

  • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.

  • Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent service and maintain high standards.

  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor expenses to meet budget goals.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster teamwork.

**Skills:**

  • Strong culinary knowledge and experience in food preparation.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

  • Proficient in bartending techniques and beverage service.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them in the workplace.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and budgets effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.

  • Passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
