We're looking for a forward-thinking
Instructional Designer
who's passionate about creating innovative, engaging online courses — and who's ready to make an impact in the evolving world of higher education.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    design and improvement
    of online modules for multiple university partners.
  • Guide and support
    faculty, instructional designers, and virtual teaching assistants to
    bring technology to life
    in course delivery.
  • Take ownership
    of our
    White Label Content Library
    , refining and updating materials to keep them cutting-edge.
  • Deliver workshops, develop resources, and champion
    evidence-based instructional design
    .
  • Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and ensure quality learning experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in
    online/hybrid higher education
    , ideally with industry-focused subjects (e.g., nursing, health sciences).
  • Experience with
    Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    and educational technologies.
  • Knowledge of
    UK higher education frameworks
    , accessibility, and credit systems.
  • Strong
    digital literacy
    , including MS Office, multimedia tools, and generative AI.
  • Excellent understanding
    of online pedagogies and learning models.
  • Confident communicator
    with a resourceful, can-do attitude and passion for creating great learning experiences.
