ACI Integrated Solutions are a well-established business with offices in Glasgow and Manchester, specialising in the installation of Data Cabling Systems for a diverse range of clients across the corporate, public, and education sectors.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for Structured Cabling Engineers at all levels to join our expanding team. Based in the Manchester and Liverpool areas, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects and be part of a company with a solid reputation and a strong pipeline of work.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Installing and terminating data cabling (copper and fibre)
  • Installing pre-configured routers, switches, and access points
  • Testing and fault-finding using Fluke DSX or equivalent tools

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated engineers who can work to a high standard, independently or as part of a team. Ideally, you'll bring:

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Cat6/Cat6a installations
  • Fibre optic installation and termination
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver work to a professional standard
  • Proficient in fault-finding and testing with Fluke DSX testers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach – willing to work outside of normal hours when required

Qualifications

  • Valid CSCS/ECS card
  • Manufacturer cabling certification (e.g. Excel, Brand-Rex, etc.)
  • IPAF/PASMA certifications (desirable, not essential)
